TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHO WE ARE

Antenna Documentary Film Festival is a not-for-profit festival with offices located at 186 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe NSW 2032. Please note that throughout these terms when we mention “we”, “us”, “our” etc., we mean Antenna Documentary Film Festival. When we refer to “you” we mean the user and/or browser of our website.

 

ADMISSION

All persons seeking admittance to attend an event or session must have a valid ticket. It is a condition of entry that guests are fully vaccinated (minimum two doses, unless medically exempt) and wear a face mask at all times within the venue.

 

PAYMENT

We accept credit and debit card payments on the website and Antenna app. Only cashless payments will be accepted at the Antenna Box Office.

 

TRANSACTION FEES

All purchases incur a transaction fee based on the amount spent:

  • $00.01 to $25.00 – $1.90
  • $25.01 to $45.00 – $3.80
  • $45.01 to $90.00 – $4.50
  • $90.01 to $140.00 – $5.40
  • $140.01 or more – $5.90

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made up until 1 hour prior to the session start time. You cannot exchange a session after this time. Exchanges of single session tickets or multi-pass redemptions will incur an exchange fee. Exchanges are not available for multi-passes or Opening Night tickets.

 

REFUNDS

Please check your sessions, times, subscriptions and multi-passes are correct prior to payment as there are no refunds on any item purchased in error. In the event that a ticket holder is unable to attend due to COVID-19 illness or isolation requirement, please email us proof at antenna@antennafestival.org to organise a full refund.

 

CANCELLATION

In the event that any screening or event is cancelled, the full value will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for purchase.

 

LOST TICKETS

Tickets are automatically emailed along with your receipt after purchase. They can also be accessed in your online account on the website or Antenna app, or reprinted at the venues at the Antenna Box Office. Please provide your full name, email and booking number to reprint your tickets. We strongly encourage using a digital copy of your ticket whenever possibly.

 

SESSION TIMES

All program times and details are subject to change. Film length listed in the program represent the best available information at press time.

 

CLASSIFICATION

No one under the age of 18 is admitted to films classified 18+, including infants. Children under 15 will only be admitted to films classified 15+ when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

All Antenna venues have wheelchair access. If you require assistance with seating or have other needs, please email antenna@antennafestival.org or speak to a member of Antenna’s front of house staff. All foreign language films are screened with English subtitles.

 

COMPANION CARDS

Companion Cards are accepted for all sessions and can be booked on the website, Antenna app or at the Antenna Box Office. Please add a Companion Card ticket to your cart and then entering your Companion Card number at checkout.

 

COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY

Antenna is proceeding as planned and we will be closely monitoring any changes to NSW Health’s guidelines and advice. We wish to reassure all patrons that we are committed to your safety and comfort. As such, it is a condition of entry to all Antenna screenings and events that guests are fully vaccinated (minimum two doses, unless medically exempt) and wear a face mask at all times within the venue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to protect our guests, staff and the wider community.

 

COPYRIGHT

The use of cameras and other recording devices during Antenna sessions constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited. Any person caught in the act of filming a festival session will be immediately expelled, and the pirated material will be seized. Such persons may be subject to legal action.
