For 14 years, Antenna has championed bold, creative documentary filmmaking — connecting audiences with exceptional stories from around the world and offering career-changing opportunities for filmmakers.
Every festival is the result of a year-round commitment to quality, discovery and artistic ambition. Our programming team digs deep, viewing over 1,000 submissions from across the globe to find the unexpected and carefully curate a program that will surprise you, spark your imagination, and expand your worldview. Alongside screenings, we create an inspiring meeting place for connection and exchange through seminars, talks, panel discussions, and more.
Ticket sales cover less than a third of what it takes to deliver the festival — and because Antenna is committed to complete independence, we are limited in the kinds of corporate sponsorship we can seek. Documentary films are often bold, critical and sometimes politically sensitive, and we believe they must remain free from commercial or political pressure.
