WE’RE HIRING: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Antenna Documentary Film Festival is seeking a Managing Director to join our team and lead the organisation’s operations and development. This newly created senior leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to bring your own ideas, experience and perspective to one of Sydney’s leading film festivals.
Reporting directly to the Board and working in partnership with the Founder & Artistic Director, the Managing Director will lead Antenna’s organisational and business performance. A key focus of the role will be growing and diversifying revenue through philanthropy, corporate partnerships and government funding, while providing leadership across financial management, governance, operations, marketing and Festival delivery.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role within a small, ambitious arts organisation.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Sydney
Employment: Part-time, increasing to full-time during the peak Festival period
Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Reports to: Antenna Documentary Film Institute Board of Directors
We are looking for someone with strong leadership, financial and operational management skills and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue and build successful relationships with funders, partners, sponsors and donors.
